How soon can I expect my order?
Each piece, both clothing and jewelry, is custom made to order. Therefore we need 2 weeks of preparation time to ensure that the piece is finished and in the mail. Also, since we are shipping from Maui it is not unreasonable for it to take a week to arrive at its destination. We ask for 14-20 days for your item to arrive. -Keeping in mind that it may arrive sooner!
How should I care for my Wings jewelry?
Wings Hawaii jewelry is entirely comprised of handmade pieces, please clean your jewelry carefully by gently rubbing a polishing cloth against the metal parts of the jewelry. The stones are best cleaned by soaking them in warm salty water and rinsed with fresh water. Metals can become tarnished by many things including lotions, sunscreen, chlorinated water, harsh detergents, and even the oils your own skin. A thorough cleaning will bring your piece back to new!

Starfish Jewelry is in its own category! These paces are NOT MEANT TO GET WET!! These pieces require special attention to keep them in top condition. We recommend NOT showering or swimming in them. We also recommend taking them off before going to bed.

My jewelry needs repair. What should I do?
If your jewelry is in need of repair, simply call or email us.

When shipping jewelry, please pad the item securely and send in a hard box to protect the piece. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, Fedex, or Parcel Post. Charges may be applied to your repair and you will be notified via email after assessment and before the beginning of the repair.

Can I return something I ordered?
If you are truly dissatisfied with your item(s) simply return your item(s) within 7 days of the date your package was received. Please contact us through wingshawaii@gmail.com for a return authorization code.

No refund will be obtained without a return authorization code. For your protection, please ship all returns insured through Fedex, UPS, or Parcel Post.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
